The Fifth Secret
Give Up Your Personal History. The Past was perfect to get you here.
The Sixth Secret
You Can’t Solve a Problem with the Same Mind That Created It.
The Seventh Secret
There Are No Justified Resentments.
The Eighth Secret
Treat Yourself As If You Already Are What You’d Like to Be.
The Ninth Secret

The Tenth Secret
Wisdom is the Instantaneous Realization that Crisis is a Blessing.
You might have come across these basic principles in one way or the other as they are very common on the journey of self development. The key difference here is about LIVING these secrets and not just knowing them.
So, go back and read the above 10 secrets again and this time with the following question in your mind :
Am i living embodiment of this ?
Once you ask this question to yourself at every secret you will be amazed at the answers which will give you an insight of how much information we just take in and not apply.
I encourage you to pick ANY one of them and commit yourself to start LIVING that secret.
Remember, visualisation without action is delusion!! and in the application of all these secrets lies the real key to happiness!
Good luck with this one,
Until Next Time,
Best Regards,
Sidra

Hi Sidra,
I really enjoyed this article.
I have long been a fan of Wayne Dyer — I have a dog eared copy of The Power Of Intention next to my bed — one of my favorite books ever.
Hope you and your family are well — and hope to see you again soon.
Kindest
Chris
Excellent Advice.
Some really great tips here and something that we all should be embracing.
Cheers
Hi Sidra,
I’m glad you posted these… They are excellent reminders that we should all keep close in our minds every day.
I am especially glad to see that you added the statement that “visualization without action is a delusion.” A lot of people leave that one out.
Also, your site is lovely! Nice work!
